Caricature Japan is based in Asakusa, Tokyo, and we have shops in a range of edit papers online shopping centers and touristic spots. Our unique artists spend 5-10 minutes creating a live sketch and caricature of your face. Just seeing this performance is a treat!
Take today’s memories and turn them into a souvenir as a fun and exciting caricature.

Our artists can also draw a caricature based on a photograph you bring (such as of a friend or family member). This is a great surprise present for those who weren’t able to make it out in person.
Please bring 2-3 photos that clearly show the person’s face.

Please note:

If ordering a caricature from a photo, we may have to deliver the finished piece by mail if the shop is busy at that time.

We cannot produce caricatures of celebrities or characters, as they are protected by copyrightsand laws.

  Quick (black & white)

  Materials used: black felt-tip pen
   
  This produces the fastest caricature, so it’s great if you’re in a hurry to do other things.

• 

  Quick (color)

  Materials used: black felt-tip pen, colored pencils
  
  A color caricature that is ready in a short time.

• 

  STANDARD

  Materials used: black felt-tip pen, colored pencils
   
  We take the time to carefully draw you in detail.
  The result produced is more three-dimensional and lifelike than the Quick version.

• 

  PREMIUM

  Materials used: special colored felt-tip pens, high quality paper
   
  A more rich, vivid, and lifelike caricature than you would receive at the High Class level.
  This is our finest and most beautiful caricature.

If requesting a caricature from a photo (Quick type only), an additional ¥500(tax-excluded) applies.
