| CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR SOCIETY |
Our mission is to use caricature art
to bring joy and happiness to as many people as possible. This begins
with each employee pledging to do their best, both in Central West's
work and volunteer situations. We especially hope to use our work
to enhance the lives of children, who can embrace these fun opportunities
as they develop into our future leaders. Furthermore, we believe that
through our network of talented artists, each with their own skills
and unique stories, we can contribute to the larger global society.
|
| CULTURE - FINE ARTS |
Through our activities, we strive to
expand the field of caricature art, from aspiring art students to
full-time employees. In 2007, the National Caricaturist Network, an
international non-profit organization, held its first convention in
Tokyo, which was also the first of its kind in Asia.
|
| SUPPORTING EDUCATION |
We are currently working in conjunction
with School Aid Japan, a non-profit organization that reaches out
to developing nations in order to help develop and support communities
in need of children's schools. In 2007, our artist Kage traveled to
Cambodia for a site visit, where he presented several
children with caricatures. A special thanks goes to the Too Corporation
for their support in this endeavor. |
| VOLUNTEER |
| At Central West, our goal is for everyone
to be able to experience the joys of caricature art, regardless of
limitations. Therefore, we also pledge to perform our live caricature
service at hospitals and orphanages to those who are unable to visit
one of our booths. |
